So I figured as with everything she wears it would be something of cultural importance to Shiriana. This would be something worn by dancers during the celebration part of a funeral.. Essentially after the dead had been planted There is a great celebration over the person's body rejoining Zion and making the ground more fertile. Dancers are painted to represent the universe and lead the festivities.

and I was gonna shade this.... but I'm getting sick of looking at it on my tablet... so... maybe eventually....
